Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing the ongoing maintenance operations, managing outages, overseeing turnarounds, and leading CAPEX projects, while also driving reliability initiatives. This role is crucial in aligning the maintenance and reliability strategy with the overarching goals of the site and its production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that maintenance activities are conducted safely and cost-effectively, enhancing the reliability of systems and minimizing downtime of plant and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance and spare parts strategies tailored to the needs of the plant and its equipment.
- Act as the Process Safety Leader, ensuring timely completion of incident investigations, Management of Change (MOCs), and the implementation of recommended actions that are effective and sustainable.
- Oversee personnel policies within the Maintenance department, including hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Create, implement, and ensure adherence to plant policies and procedures.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting, with a preference for candidates with petrochemical industry experience.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing direct reports.
- Prior experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor or Manager, with a preference for those who have led Turnaround and CAPEX projects.
