We are in search of an Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee our NAF operations.

We seek a skilled professional to provide both technical and managerial guidance to our team, steering long-term strategies and tactical support for our site. You will act as the site-wide expert on intricate electrical systems, focusing on maintenance and operational solutions. Collaborating with various departments, you will work to enhance power system reliability.

As an Electrical Engineering Manager, your contributions will include:

  • Utilizing your expertise in Electrical Engineering and experience with Medium and High Voltage Power Maintenance/Reliability (2.3KV-238KV) to establish and promote standardized work processes and protocols.
  • Leading the Power Distribution Department by refining management systems to ensure safe and effective planning and execution of high voltage operations.
  • Addressing unforeseen challenges while aiding in the development and execution of electrical reliability strategies that align with Asset Management objectives.
  • Employing strong communication skills to collaborate with site partners, including Engineers, Maintenance and Operations teams, Procurement, and Site Leadership.
  • Analyzing site-wide AE data, assessing trends, and recommending or implementing changes to equipment strategies or maintenance programs for ongoing improvement.
  • Overseeing Power Distribution Technicians and on-site contractors, providing essential technical support.
  • Using your knowledge of Electrical Systems to assist in the development and execution of capital projects.
  • Balancing priorities across multiple operations while focusing on reliability processes such as Bad Actors, Root Cause Failure Analysis, and FMEA.
  • Serving as the primary backup to the Senior Power Distribution Manager by contributing to the development of the long-term power systems plan and engaging with the broader Electrical Community.

If you possess:

  • An Electrical Engineering Degree is required.
  • An advanced degree (MS, MBA) is preferred.
  • Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in high voltage maintenance or operations is required.
