**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Global Revenue Growth Operations to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and optimization across our global operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and map global revenue strategies to meet and exceed budget targets, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Synchronize monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts from various teams, ensuring consistency and alignment across all projections.
  • Validate revenue forecasts against actual results, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand revenue trends and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support strategic decision-making, leveraging data and analytics to drive revenue optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of deals and markets in specific revenue streams.
  • Be a strategic partner in conducting early-stage deal assessments to optimize deal structure and ensure alignment with strategic OKRs and revenue optimization.
  • Assist in evaluating revenue deals performance and actively participate in the renewal process to maximize revenue generation and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor expenses related to the revenue organization and advise on proper expense management and optimization.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years of experience with a PhD.
  • Strong analytical background and extensive experience in FP&A, including incentives and expenses optimization, forecasting, and budgeting in a multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently at coordinating cross-functional activities, obtaining buy-in, and elevating issues at critical junctures.
  • Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint). Hyperion knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation necessary. Active listening skills required.
  • Ability to explain complex business concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
  • Comfort leading and working closely with cross-functional teams required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of Visa business, Money Movements, and deals experience in Payment Systems is an advantage.

**Additional Information**

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel (5-10% of the time).
  • The position will be performed in an office setting, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
