Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at MDM Hotel Group Marriotts. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate hotel inventories.

Main Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Monitor actual vs. projected sales and compile information to analyze and identify areas for improvement.

⁠ ⁠Achieve and exceed performance goals, budget goals, and team goals by making sound financial and business decisions.

⁠ ⁠Analyze data to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts and communicate findings to executives, peers, and subordinates in a timely manner.

⁠ ⁠Provide inventory management duties to ensure revenue maximization and ensure that hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation system and inventory system.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate the needs of guests and other departments within the hotel to guarantee quality service and satisfaction while being consistent with the hotel's overall budget and revenue goals.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills, including proficiency in computer hardware and software specific to the job.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and strategies, including sales cycles and trends, account management, pricing, and inventory management.
