About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the intimate apparel field. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue across accounts and channels while forecasting and budgeting the effects of promotions, GWP, and COOP on margin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business across multiple channels
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and sales opportunities
  • Forecast and budget sales performance, including the impact of promotions and GWP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 7+ years of business-to-business sales and account management experience in the fashion industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, with an MBA preferred
