About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Group Sales to join our team at 1 Hotel South Beach. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable sales role, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of revenue growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
