About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability across our portfolio of hotels in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret business analytics to inform revenue management strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement revenue management plans to maximize room revenue and drive total revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with hotel revenue management teams to provide guidance and support on revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operations teams, corporate marketing, and vendors.
  • Drive business analytics and insights to inform revenue management decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with revenue management systems, including IDeaS and Opera.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
