JOB DESCRIPTION
As a pivotal member of the HR team, you will oversee daily benefits operations and various projects. Candidates should possess 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Each day presents unique challenges in the benefits landscape. Some days may involve addressing employee inquiries or resolving service tickets, while other days focus on strategic planning or generating reports to inform benefits design decisions.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to adapt quickly, and work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for an individual who is resourceful and self-motivated.
