Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist

About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our global consulting firm. As a key member of our agile HR systems team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting global HR IT integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the HR organization in planning and executing integration development projects
* Maintain the health of core HR integrations, ensuring quality of program code and operational effectiveness
* Plan and execute releases, documenting and testing deployment and rollback steps
* Support integrations between tools, optimizing performance and enforcing single source of truth design principles

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of Workday integration engineering experience in an enterprise environment
* Expertise in Workday integrations and implementation tools, including Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Report Writer, Calculated fields, and Workday Studio
* Strong experience in implementing payroll and time-off integrations
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
