Your Role: As the Senior Vice President of Business Operations, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting the President in the formulation, management, and promotion of the company's brand and business strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with the President to devise and execute long-term strategic initiatives aimed at franchise expansion and development.
  • Supporting the President in the realization of both short-term and long-range plans and budgets aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Creating and implementing effective communication protocols and tools to ensure a seamless flow of information between the company and its franchisees.
  • Conducting thorough financial analyses of the organization, including budgeting, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and ProForma evaluations.
  • Proactively exploring strategic initiatives to enhance the Mosquito Joe model by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and supervising Franchise Business Coaches to ensure they fulfill their roles effectively.
  • Managing additional support personnel as assigned by the President, ensuring they receive consistent updates on relevant information.

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, a sense of humor, a history of setting and achieving goals, eagerness to learn, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Work Environment:

This position requires onsite presence at our headquarters. Travel may be necessary as determined by the President.
