Position Overview:

A Fleet Jobs Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for facilitating vehicle maintenance scheduling and appointment assistance for various service locations. This role involves regular interaction with clients to ensure that scheduled services align with operational capacity and customer needs. The Coordinator will also maintain precise client contact details for all notifications in the Customer Data File.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through multiple platforms while providing support over the phone.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordination - Assessing how to align service requirements with client needs on a unit-by-unit, daily, and hourly basis; optimizing the PM workload across service locations.

• Client Contact Management - The Customer Data File necessitates thorough research into billing groups and location requirements based on client inquiries and requests from various departments.

• Continuous Maintenance of Client Contacts - Proactively reach out to clients experiencing communication failures via email or fax to update and correct their contact information in the system.

• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is essential.

• Proficient verbal communication skills are required.

• Ability to acquire general knowledge of vehicles and their components to effectively address maintenance-related inquiries from clients.

• A college degree is preferred due to the complexity of systems utilized in daily operations (AS/400, ServiceNet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Savvion).

• Strong multitasking abilities are necessary to navigate various systems and provide comprehensive information to clients.

• Excellent organizational skills are a must.

• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on service demands.

• Regular attendance and adherence to the required schedule are fundamental to this role.

  • Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
