Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional, courteous service, including information on current and future requirements, pricing, delivery schedules, warranty details, and financial arrangements.
  • Handle daily sales order entries and coordinate production and logistics needs with team members.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with plant staff, formulating solutions, preparing reports, and offering recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, orders, and reports utilizing SAP.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with clients, key accounts, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Assist management with sales initiatives and special projects.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time, with minimal overnight stays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on organizational growth and performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
