Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding inquiries or issues related to their claims and policies through phone and written communication.
  • Maintain concise customer service logs, ensuring a turnaround time of three days or less.
  • Process incoming correspondence from clients efficiently.
  • Achieve or surpass daily production targets, including a goal of 80 combined calls and correspondence, with a minimum of 60 calls per day.
  • Meet or exceed established customer service quality benchmarks.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned.

Work Environment:
Work from a secure and quiet location with reliable high-speed internet. This role primarily allows for remote work, with occasional in-office reporting for local employees.

Qualifications:
  • While prior experience is advantageous, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong typing skills with minimal errors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to interpret and apply relevant manuals, medical terminology, and insurance claims.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, and familiarity with medical codes and terminology is beneficial.
