WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We seek highly motivated individuals who possess a passion for assisting clients and a desire to learn and develop professionally. The shift available is from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, and the responsibilities include:
  • Delivering customer support to claimants, providers, and clients regarding inquiries or issues related to their claims and/or policies through phone or written communication.
  • Maintaining concise customer service logs, ideally one page or less (or a three-day turnaround time).
  • Processing incoming correspondence from clients.
  • Achieving or surpassing production targets for calls and correspondence, with a daily goal of 80 combined interactions and a minimum of 60 calls.
  • Meeting or exceeding established customer service quality benchmarks.
  • Completing assigned special projects.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role is primarily remote, with the exception of a monthly office visit for local employees, and requires a secure, quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient typing skills with minimal errors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply guidelines from manuals, SPDs, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) along with two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, with knowledge of medical codes and/or terminology being advantageous.
