Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Sales Representative to join our team at CoStar Realty Information, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and growing revenue.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with our talented team of industry experts, product marketing specialists, and product management specialists to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing and sales, as well as gain valuable experience in the multifamily industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze data to build reports and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering outstanding support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that meet client goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
Estimated Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
