">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for running a full-sales cycle, acquiring new customers, and driving critical growth for Kaleidoscope Group PBC. This role involves strategic prospecting, managing pipeline daily, and having excellent business acumen while working multi-threaded sales cycles.
">Responsibilities
">- Run full sales cycle
- Consistent prospecting to generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue
- Listen, consult, and design solutions for potential customers
- Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
- Collaborate with customer success & product teams to provide insights as we continue to innovate our best-in-class platform
- Deliver operational excellence in the areas of opportunity management and forecasting
- Use business acumen during the discovery, proposal, and negotiation
- Have a deep understanding of the way our customers operate, and the priorities that drive decisions at the leadership level
- Create demand by uncovering problems and matching them to our solution
- Uncover organizational initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions
- Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
- Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and basic-term life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave policy, flexible PTO program, and more.
">About You
">You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an early to mid-stage company. Experience prospecting new logos, selling to leadership teams, and building presentations/demos to interested organizations.
