KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Cost management
  • Inventory oversight
  • Cash handling
  • Customer relations

Leading by example is crucial. You are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures consistently and to inspire your team to do the same.


ADDITIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

Staffing, documentation, financial controls, food management, adherence to schedules, maintaining a professional image, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring punctual attendance, managing transportation, maintaining store cleanliness, executing marketing strategies, and driving profitability.

GENERAL DUTIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process orders, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness of the facility. Training and orientation will be provided on the job.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic, make accurate monetary change, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and operate a computer or touchscreen for order entry. Navigational skills are necessary for delivery tasks, which may involve traversing various terrains while carrying products.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to varying weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks, and fluctuating temperatures within the store. Potential hazards include hot surfaces, sharp objects, and moving machinery.
