Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the Project Manager in managing and coordinating all aspects of the parking operations at the designated facility. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
Compensation: $80,000.00 annually.
The salary mentioned represents the range for this role. Actual offers may differ based on the applicant's qualifications, experience, skills, and market conditions.
Eligible candidates may participate in a company incentive or bonus program.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday - Flexibility required for scheduling.
(Weekend work may be necessary)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure the location's physical condition and aesthetic appeal are maintained.
2. Understand the parking clientele and activity levels to meet operational needs, including security and staffing.
3. Assist in planning and executing special projects.
4. Gain proficiency in operating automated parking systems, including performing minor repairs on revenue control equipment.
5. Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and technicians, and managing supply orders as needed.
6. Collaborate with the parking manager on pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
7. Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
8. Develop staff schedules for weekends and holidays, managing payroll in line with budgetary constraints.
9. Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding employee breaks.
10. Assist in conducting annual performance evaluations for hourly staff.
11. Support the auditing of daily cash transactions and reconciliations.
12. Aid in the preparation of annual budgets, ensuring expenses align with guidelines.
13. Assist in managing insurance claims related to vehicle incidents.
14. Familiarity with revenue and expense variance reporting, budget preparation, and other financial documentation.
15. Prepare and submit financial reports to the parking manager for review.
16. Manage time effectively to meet all reporting and operational deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
2. Strong customer service and employee relations skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general accounting principles.
4. Experience with parking access control systems is essential.
5. High energy, initiative, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and management levels.
9. Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
