Job Summary

McKesson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Diagnostic Sales Consultants in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Diagnostic Sales Consultants to achieve financial and business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 9 years of professional/sales experience, including 1 year of leading people directly or indirectly
  • Experience selling to C-suite executives and financial acumen
  • Mature confidence and self-awareness, with superior communication skills
  • Ability to make difficult decisions and have difficult conversations
  • Demonstrated performance management and sales leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM tools
Working Conditions

This role requires up to 50% travel within the region and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
