Join Taghleef Industries, a leading manufacturer of specialty BOPP films, as a Sales Manager and play a key role in driving profitable growth in the US market.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business development and sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. This includes monitoring sales forecasting activities, setting performance goals, and meeting key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate deals.

Key responsibilities include directing channel development activities, coordinating sales distribution, and preparing periodic sales reports and presentations. The Sales Manager will also strive to exceed operational objectives by influencing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field, as well as 5+ years of B2B sales experience and 3+ years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated successful leadership and influenced accomplishments, with skills in developing sales penetration and growth strategies, assessing customer needs, and negotiating skills.
