Location: Austin/Dallas, TX
Job Overview:The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex technological products and services to businesses and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to coordinate with internal departments for support.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell complex technological products and services to businesses and customers
- Ensure that products meet customer needs
- Coordinate with internal departments for support
- Manage the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Improve sales processes, methods, and approach
- Identify new markets and potential opportunities
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on technical sales
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of sales process and methods
- Leadership and management skills
- Flexibility to travel
Base Salary: $100K - $150K/year
