Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team at Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

About the Role

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in outside sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PROSPECTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and products
