We're seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to join our dynamic team at Asset Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering strong relationships with clients and teams, and contributing to our growth and success.
Key Accountabilities- Drive regional operations, focusing on process improvement, strategic planning, and quality control.
- Mentor and coach teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote company initiatives and values.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on operations, strategy, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Salary Estimate: $130,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
