Job Description: Regional Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for managing our branch's daily operations, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will help you build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of sales strategies and identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Conduct sales calls to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Meet sales targets and work with the recruiting department to train new recruits.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales, including travel and relationship building.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous sales experience in staffing/recruiting required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Active outside sales hunter with meeting sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) an asset
