We are looking for a skilled Core Business Development Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within FIS' top 150 accounts.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a highly motivated individual with 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Technology Sales, preferably within the Financial Services Technology industry. You will be responsible for engaging with client executives at the C-suite level, working across FIS sales and account management teams, and generating leads and building pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities within FIS' top 150 accounts and develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Engage with client executives at the C-suite level and FIS' Enterprise Account Management team to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on FIS solutions and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with FIS sales and account management teams to generate leads and build pipeline.
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the posted role, level, and location.
