About the Role

This position involves developing and managing a portfolio of customers in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) within a specific geographical area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to present comprehensive logistics solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop potential clients to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Establish relationships with potential customers through telephone or email to gather initial information and set up in-person meetings.
  • Analyze customer needs and present tailored logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize logistics plans for customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing client portfolios.
  • Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent - Required.
  • Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work flexible hours and use personal vehicle for business purposes.
