Duties and Responsibilities
  • Formulates and implements lead generation strategies aimed at B2B new contacts, emphasizing top-of-funnel activities to enhance awareness and interest in our offerings.
  • In collaboration with campaign managers, executes lead acquisition-specific campaigns across diverse channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, events, content marketing, and digital advertising, to effectively reach new target audiences.
  • Works closely with the marketing campaigns team to synchronize lead acquisition efforts with overarching marketing goals and campaign initiatives.
  • Utilizes marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage lead data, monitor campaign performance, and enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Ensures compliance with GDPR regulations in all lead acquisition activities, including obtaining consent and managing opt-ins/opt-outs effectively.
  • Implements best practices for data privacy and security to safeguard customer information and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluates lead acquisition metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrated success in executing lead acquisition campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of GDPR regulations and compliance requirements related to lead generation activities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Salesforce).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to guide decision-making.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B context.
