Duties and Responsibilities


Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeting B2B new contacts, focusing on top-of-funnel activities to enhance awareness and interest in our products/services.

In collaboration with campaign managers, execute lead acquisition-specific campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, events, content marketing, and digital advertising, to effectively reach new target audiences.

Work closely with the marketing campaigns team to align lead acquisition efforts with overall marketing goals and campaign initiatives.

Utilize marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage lead data, monitor campaign performance, and optimize lead conversion rates.

Ensure compliance with GDPR in all lead acquisition activities, including obtaining consent and managing opt-ins/opt-outs effectively.
Implement best practices for data privacy and security to safeguard customer information and uphold regulatory standards.

Analyze lead acquisition metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for enhancement, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Knowledge and Skills

Proven track record of successfully executing lead acquisition campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and compliance requirements related to lead generation activities.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Salesforce).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B context.
