Job Title: B2B Marketing Sales Development

At GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Marketing Sales Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through effective outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential B2B clients and target markets to generate leads.
  • Conduct outreach through various channels to engage prospects and qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining fit for our services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective messaging and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to foster trust and encourage engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data to identify target markets and prospects.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player who can collaborate well across departments.
