Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies targeting B2B new contacts, focusing on top-of-funnel activities to generate awareness and interest in our products/services.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to execute lead acquisition-specific campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, events, content marketing, and digital advertising, effectively reaching new target audiences.
  • Work closely with the marketing campaigns team to align lead acquisition efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage lead data, track campaign performance, and optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations in all lead acquisition activities, including obtaining consent and managing opt-ins/opt-outs effectively.
  • Implement best practices for data privacy and security to protect customer information and uphold regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze lead acquisition metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrated success in executing lead acquisition campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and compliance requirements related to lead generation activities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B context.
