Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Customer Acquisition and Growth to join our team at BLR Holdings, Inc. as a Strategic Sales Leader for Natural Products. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Utilize market data and insights to identify and target potential accounts in the natural products market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a hands-on approach throughout the process.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and build new ones to enhance business growth and foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of trends and developments in the natural products industry, using this knowledge to inform strategy and drive business decisions.
  • Create compelling narratives that communicate the value and uniqueness of products, advocating for the brand's mission and values in all customer interactions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility, collaboration, and a willingness to help others are key to success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the natural products market.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of the natural products market, including a network of industry contacts.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and advocate for the brand's mission and values.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform strategy and drive business decisions.
