Position Summary

Step into a pivotal role within our B2B commercial strategy, where immense opportunities await those ready to lead. As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of innovation and growth. Your mission is to design and implement our lead generation strategy, laying the foundation for our marketing initiatives through the acquisition of high-quality leads.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies targeting new B2B contacts, focusing on top-of-funnel activities to enhance awareness and interest in our offerings.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to execute lead acquisition campaigns across diverse channels, including email marketing, social media, events, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Work closely with the marketing campaigns team to ensure alignment between lead acquisition efforts and overall marketing goals.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage lead data, monitor campaign performance, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations in all lead acquisition activities, including managing consent and opt-in/opt-out processes.
  • Implement best practices for data privacy and security to safeguard customer information and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Analyze lead acquisition metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrated success in executing lead acquisition campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and compliance related to lead generation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B context.
