Job Title: Construction Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at DMH Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management and tool control processes, ensuring that our construction team has the necessary tools and materials to complete projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track low stock alerts, and create purchase orders for restocking.
  • Tool Control: Oversee the management of power tools and attachments, ensuring they are properly maintained and tracked.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and load orders for crew and project needs, including large and heavy items.
  • Transportation: Drive to pick up or drop off parts, tools, and materials to job sites.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Inventory Software: Experience with Sortly, Microsoft Apps, and Milwaukee Onekey inventory software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50lbs or more, with flexibility in working hours (Monday-Friday, 8-hour days).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
