Industrial Equipment Maintenance Manager

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead our plant’s maintenance functions, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of maintenance workers in repair, maintenance, and installation of manufacturing equipment
- Maintaining building, grounds, and utility systems
- Preparing budgetary repair estimates and coordinating manpower scheduling
- Leading projects involving construction of new buildings and modification of existing facilities
- Developing a preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff
- Requisitioning tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations
- Training maintenance workers to improve work performance and ensure compliance with INX policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of college or technical school education, preferably with a license or certification as an industrial electrician
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably with 5 years of experience
- Supervisory, mechanical, electrical, and communication skills
- Excellent math and reading skills
- Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, diagrams, or schematics
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work above 6' on a ladder or elevated lift
- Commitment to participation in TPM activities at the facility Steering Committee level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of FMECA, FTA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Bachelor's degree
- Industrial safety experience
- NFPA Regulations and National Electric Codes knowledge
- Environmental waste regulations
- Previous manufacturing experience
