Position Overview: We are in search of a talented and driven Commercial Lines Producer to enhance our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, driving new business initiatives, and delivering outstanding service to our current customers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep knowledge of the commercial insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and cultivate new business prospects within the commercial lines insurance market.
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients and potential clients to comprehend their requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions.
  • Evaluate and identify potential risks to recommend appropriate coverage options for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure comprehensive and competitive coverage for clients.
  • Keep precise and current records of client interactions and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong familiarity with various commercial insurance products and coverage options.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other pertinent industry tools.
  • Possess necessary licensing or certifications as mandated by state regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
