Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our expanding team.
Role Summary: This position is fully remote and focuses on a designated region while also supporting national initiatives. The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with achieving sales objectives to align with company goals within a specified territory, with opportunities to engage in sales across other territories nationally. Responsibilities include direct sales, upselling to existing clients, national group sales, and collaboration with channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in fixed operations, ideally with a background in selling fixed operations solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years in the automotive service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices in a remote capacity.
- Ensure effective communication to support sales objectives and adhere to organizational budgetary requirements in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
- Propose sales strategies for enhancement based on market analysis and competitor evaluations.
- Execute approved distribution strategies.
- Manage various channel selling approaches.
- Build, develop, and lead a sales team capable of executing necessary sales and service initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with account managers to stay updated on their activities.
- Disseminate information to the field to ensure that all product knowledge, initiatives, and trends are current.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships with retail managers and representatives to ensure open lines of communication.
Daily Expectations:
- Travel within the market approximately 3 days a week.
- Engage with over 10 dealers daily to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct an average of 2 meetings each day.
- On office days, make 50+ phone calls and send out 25+ emails.
- Utilize Sugar CRM to document and update the sales pipeline.
- Input data into Dynaquote to generate proforma and investment figures for closing new accounts.
- Send DocuSign to all decision-makers from completed meetings.
Strategic Planning: In addition to daily tasks, the role involves strategic market planning and utilizing technology for efficient travel planning. Regular team huddles, weekly sales meetings, and occasional training sessions are part of our commitment to continuously enhancing our sales team's capabilities.

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000, complemented by a variable compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $250,000.
