Symphony Risk Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Account Manager within our specialized division, Symphony Select. This position focuses on addressing the insurance requirements of small business clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, adapt to clients' preferred communication methods, and demonstrate self-motivation with a keen sense of urgency. The role involves nurturing, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships through efficient and friendly management of daily account activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a property and casualty portfolio for small commercial clients.
- Learn and apply established processes for effective client account management.
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs of clients across diverse small business industries.
- Preferred experience in a brokerage environment.
- Prioritize client and colleague service through honesty, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Process and deliver certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance for clients and their additional insureds.
- Oversee daily servicing, including submissions to insurers.
- Analyze risk and communicate evaluations to clients, colleagues, and insurers.
- Provide organized and accurate renewal comparisons, summaries, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage the complete new business and renewal quote process for clients.
- Experience with agency bill accounts is advantageous.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients regarding coverage and account management.
- Cross-sell existing client accounts to introduce additional lines of business within Symphony Select and other Symphony divisions.
- Assist clients by processing policy changes, binding policies, addressing billing issues, and managing claims.
- Familiarity with AMS 360, ImageRight, and Indio systems is a plus.
- Execute special projects as requested by clients, insurers, or management.
- Exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills with clients, colleagues, and insurers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Possession of a General Lines Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience is required.
Physical Requirements
This role requires the employee to regularly sit or stand at a desk and operate desktop computers, multiple monitors, proprietary software, phones, and standard office equipment. Occasional bending, reaching, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) may be necessary. Effective listening, understanding, and communication skills are essential for fulfilling the job's core functions.
Work Environment
This is a full-time hybrid position. Occasionally, after-hours work may be necessary to meet the demands of the role. The work environment includes the use of standard office equipment in a controlled climate.
