Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to enhance our operations. This pivotal role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, driving new business initiatives, and delivering outstanding service to our current customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history in sales, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of the commercial insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the commercial lines sector.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients and potential clients to assess their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential risks to recommend appropriate coverage options for clients.
  • Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure competitive and thorough coverage for clients.
  • Keep accurate and current records of client interactions and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong familiarity with various commercial insurance products and coverage options.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to effectively negotiate and establish rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other pertinent industry tools.
  • Possess necessary licensing or certifications as mandated by state regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
