Sales Account Executive Overview

As a Sales Account Executive at Applied Concepts, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium STALKER brand speed measurement solutions to law enforcement agencies across your designated multi-state region.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with your Outside Sales Partner, you will:
1. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to assess their future requirements and gauge their interests.
2. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, utilizing both verbal and written skills to facilitate successful sales processes.
4. Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy for your territory, including setting and achieving sales targets.

Administrative Duties:
Your role will also involve:
1. Preparing quotes and processing orders while tracking them through the manufacturing cycle.
2. Maintaining detailed records of account activities within our CRM system.
3. Collaborating with your Outside Sales Partner to provide monthly sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, either face-to-face or over the phone, with a proven history of meeting sales goals.
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to adapt to various personality types.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good telephone etiquette.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A track record of achieving significant sales production.
- Experience in selling to government entities or industrial clients is a plus.
