Job Overview:
The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and organized Policy Program Coordinator to support the Center for Policy Analysis and Research (CPAR). This role will be responsible for coordinating programmatic initiatives, preparing event materials, and providing administrative support to the CPAR team.

About Us:
Founded in 1976, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating disparities within the global Black community. We develop leaders, inform policy, and educate the public through our focus areas of Education, Public Health, Economic Empowerment, and Criminal Justice.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with CPAR and National Racial Equity Initiative for Social Justice programmatic initiatives and deliverables.
- Provide administrative support to the CPAR team, including preparing event invitations, speaker coordination, and event correspondence.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and distributing CPAR publications such as news releases, reports, and infographics.
- Develop visual materials for program execution and marketing.
- Manage CPAR databases related to policy programming and external stakeholders.
- Assist with developing policy programming and research initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Social Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of event programming or related work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

What We Offer:
- Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on location and experience.
