We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Policy Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Policy Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Center for Policy Analysis and Research (CPAR) team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating programmatic initiatives, preparing event materials, and providing administrative support to the CPAR team.

About the Role:
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You will be working closely with the CPAR team to ensure the success of our programmatic initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing CPAR databases related to policy programming and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with CPAR and National Racial Equity Initiative for Social Justice programmatic initiatives and deliverables.
- Prepare event invitations, speaker coordination, and event correspondence for CPAR events.
- Develop visual materials for program execution and marketing.
- Manage CPAR databases related to policy programming and external stakeholders.
- Assist with developing policy programming and research initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Social Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of event programming or related work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits:
Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on location and experience.
