CCMD Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced CCMD Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in defense policy and operations, with 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector.
The salary for this position is estimated at $110,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States.
The role involves supporting the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a broad range of activities, including desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the programmatic goals of this Task Order;
- Provide a broad range of support to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), including desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping;
- Collaborate with multidisciplined teams of analysts and other personnel to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations;
- 5 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods;
- 10 or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multidisciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel;
- Secret clearance
