Public Policy Coordinator

VAN NESS FELDMAN LLP is a dynamic and fast-paced law firm seeking a highly skilled Public Policy Coordinator to support its public policy efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in public policy, advocacy, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Public Policy Support: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and public events related to public policy initiatives.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on public policy issues and prepare materials related to policy advocacy and government relations.
- Communication: Draft and edit documents and correspondence, and prepare presentations and reports using relevant software applications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a public policy-related field is required.
- Public Policy Experience: 3+ years of experience in public policy, advocacy, and regulatory matters.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft and edit complex documents and correspondences.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with profit-sharing, paid time off, and holidays.
