Trane is seeking a Client Support Specialist to become part of our team. In this capacity, you will oversee the planning, coordination, management, and direction of operational resources. This role entails managing the execution of service agreements and repair tasks, which includes securing the necessary labor and materials for project completion within budgetary constraints. Daily responsibilities will involve customer engagement, communication with Field Technicians, and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with Service Managers.Flourish at work and at home:

Work environment:
This position is designated as onsite.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinate service resources, dispatch, and assign team members to projects.
Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project requirements, skill sets, and availability.
Engage and communicate with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
Facilitate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, routing them to the appropriate staff, and responding to special requests.
Generate work orders, review project documentation, forward paperwork to Project Administrators, and create various reports.
Your qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Exceptional Customer Service skills are essential—must be comfortable and effective on the phone.
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions are necessary.
Detail-oriented with a preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Compensation:
$38,000 - $52,000. Please note: This range may vary based on factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, and job-specific requirements. Our commission plans are designed to grow alongside a successful employee's expanding pipeline. Some sales professionals may eventually transition to a commission-only structure.
