Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize catering events as directed.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure proper room arrangements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Procure linens, small wares, baked goods, decorations, and other necessary items to enhance catered events, ensuring proper storage for future use.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in catering.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
