We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this capacity, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of operational resources. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the execution of service agreements and repair tasks. This role involves sourcing the necessary labor and materials to ensure work is completed within established financial parameters. Daily interactions with customers, communication with Field Technicians, and prioritizing tasks with Service Managers will be key aspects of your role.

Work Environment:

This position is designated as onsite.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating service resources, dispatching, and assigning team members to projects.
  • Scheduling personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project requirements, skill sets, and availability.
  • Communicating with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
  • Facilitating operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, routing them to the appropriate staff, and responding to special requests.
  • Generating work orders, reviewing project documentation, forwarding paperwork to Project Administrators, and producing various reports.
What you will bring:
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills - must be highly effective and comfortable on the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions.
  • Detail-oriented with a preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $38,000 - $52,000Disclaimer: This compensation range may reflect factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, and travel requirements for the position. Our commission plans evolve with an employee's success over time. Some sales professionals may transition to a commission-only structure.
