Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Xfinity Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's products and services to individual customers and multiple dwelling units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Comcast's products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize advanced sales techniques to promote and sell Comcast's products and services to individual customers and multiple dwelling units.
  • Territory Management: Create and execute turf management plans to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territories.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business principles and practices, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Time Management and Organization: Possess strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet sales goals.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market, and consistently demonstrate a results-oriented approach to sales and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a residential canvassing sales environment.
  • Certifications: None required.

  • Total Target Compensation: $44,000.00 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission).
