A Real Estate License is not required but is encouraged for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals to ensure our company's standards and values are reflected in every transaction.
  • Manage incoming leads and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career.
  • Consistently network and prospect for new business to meet sales goals.
Requirements
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of sales and success.
  • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships.
