Job Summary:

The Manager In Training program at Hertz provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve location sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
