Position Summary

Europa Village Winery and Resort is a unique destination in Wine Country, offering an authentic Old World European ambiance characterized by exceptional service. Our establishment features exquisite wines in our Tasting Room, a delightful dining experience at Bolero Restaurante, and 20 elegantly appointed rooms for a perfect retreat.

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Wine Club Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for customer service, along with a vibrant, self-driven, and enthusiastic demeanor. Proficiency in customer relations and administrative tasks is essential.

Reporting Structure:
  • Reports to the Wine Club Manager
Key Responsibilities for Wine Club Operations Specialist
  • Embody and promote the core values of Europa Village.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Wine Club Manager and Supervisor.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all club members, addressing their Wine Club inquiries.
  • Thoroughly understand the membership offerings and assist in membership sales.
  • Ensure that the Tasting Rooms are adequately stocked with wine for club member pickups.
  • Efficiently operate the POS system, manage wine club pickups, and complete transactions.
  • Handle items weighing up to 40 lbs throughout the workday.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy Wine Club area within the cold storage.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the wine selection.
  • Foster positive relationships with tasting room staff and communicate Wine Club updates to encourage new memberships.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
General Responsibilities for All Team Members
  • Encourage a collaborative environment by assisting colleagues and guests willingly.
  • Treat all associates and guests with respect and dignity.
  • Be prepared to stand for extended periods.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and a warm greeting.
  • Effectively communicate the story of Europa Village.
  • Arrive at work with a polished appearance, adhering to uniform standards.
  • Punctually attend work and respect attendance policies.
  • Follow Europa Village's policies and procedures diligently.
  • Promote Europa Village wines through outstanding customer service and knowledge of our heritage and winemaking practices.
  • Exhibit hospitality, a positive attitude, and a readiness to assist as needed.
  • Ensure that property glasses remain on-site.
